Air Quality: £120/m2/year in value for tenants

A 2007 study analysed the capital cost, energy cost and indoor air quality benefit through health and productivity improvements of six heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) strategies for the Australian climate and market. It concluded that displacement ventilation, with circulation of 100% fresh air, was the optimal choice for maximising indoor air quality and thermal comfort, while minimising energy costs.
